California Compliance Upgrade
All airsoft purchased and shipped to California destinations will be made compliant with state law SB 199. Airsoft Megastore will ensure that all airsoft guns and products will be fully compliant with all state and federal regulations. Permanent and bright orange markings will be affixed to the magazine, pistol guard, and/or stock of each airsoft gun/pistol that is sold and shipped to any locations in California. The trigger guard will also be treated with similar permanent markings. This upgrade will adhere to making all airsoft products significantly distinguishable from real firearms and related weapons. We emphasize the importance that these products are not real firearms and make every effort to lower any confusion that may be perceived.
Customers are responsible for not removing and maintaining all markings as observed under the law. Airsoft gun owners are responsible for safe and legal operations of Airsoft products. Airsoft Megastore faithfully and fully complies with all responsibilities as a retailer of products under the provision of Senate Bill 199. Breach of any of these regulations could result in severe penalties.
