Airsoft Megastore TLC Flat Rate Repair Service - GOLD
There is a standard 5-10 business day processing time once your Airsoft gun reaches our repair facility, and an additional 3-7 business day transit time back out to you after the repair/maintenance is completed.
Need to Knows: You are responsible for shipping the Airsoft Gun to us at your own expense. We suggest UPS Ground which we have found to be the most cost-effective and it can be tracked. We also recommend going directly UPS to ship as using a 3rd party shipper for UPS may significantly increase your costs.
Inside the box, please include a copy of your purchase confirmation from AirsoftMegastore.com of this TLC 'Gold' Package and a short description of any problems you are having and any special information that you want our technicians to know about. Please write your order number on the outside of the box.

NOTE: We do not provide repairs for any type of SVD, PSG1, FAMAS, TAR-21, PTS MASADA, SR/LR25. Please email us first to confirm that we can repair your product.
If your gun is not repairable under the TLC Gold Package or with any further repairs as discussed above, we will inform you of that and you will then have two additional options
Option A: We will give you store credit of up to 50% of the gun's original cost depending on the condition of the gun + store credit for the TLC Gold Package's purchase price less a $25 Inspection Fee.
Option B: We will return your gun to you and give you store credit for the TLC Gold Package'spurchase price less $35 (an Inspection Fee of $25 and Shipping & Processing Fee of $10 to send the gun back to you).
