The M11A1 is quality constructed from a polymer composite casing/frame, with metallic internals and a threaded barrel for maximum performance. This allows for the M11A1 to be lightweight and highly maneuverable, yet durable at the same time. The rear folding stock has been designed to easily and comfortably fold out of the way when it's time to reduce the size of the weapon in tight-wound CQC scenarios.
Firing wise, the M11A1 features a functional/realistic cocking handle and a functional bolt release (with realistic bolt movements). Much like a real firearm, the bolt locks in the "OPEN" position when you are out of ammo, in which case you can keep it in the open position, reload the gun with a full mag, then depress the bolt release to continue firing (it literally does not get any more realistic than this).
The M11A1 is equipped with the new NS2 gas system, fires crisply and consistently on either semi or full-automatic mode.
